Therapy is a place for you to talk freely about the stress in your life. Relationship problems, family conflict, self doubt, work stress — these are issues I work with regularly and love to help you sort out. While you probably already have a basic understanding of how these problems cause you distress, you may be surprised at how much you haven’t considered. Therapy can help you reveal the underlying sources of your distress. Often it’s learned behaviors to adapt to a stressful environment and we work on helping you unlearn them.
